Using 3.75mm double pointed needles:
CUFF

Cast On 26 stitches, divide over 3 needles and join in the round (I like to cast on 1 extra stitch and then knit the first and last stitches together to form the round)

Repeat from * until piece measures 5cm
MITT

K4, KFB, K7, KFB, K7, KFB, K4, KFB (30sts)

**K round

Repeat from ** until entire piece measures 10cm

(K4, K2tog) until end of round (25sts)

K round

(K3, K2tog) until end of round (20sts)

K round

(K2, K2tog) until end of round (15sts)

K round

(K2, K2tog) until last stitch, K1 (8sts)

Pull yarn through remaining stitches and weave in loose ends.

ABBREVIATIONS

K = Knit

KFB = Knit first through the front and then through the back of the same stitch, this creates an extra stitch and is a neat increase

K2tog = Knit 2 stitches together to form a decrease

sts = stitches
